Practice

Practice again! Did this same headshot with about 7 different backgrounds. Here's one of them.

I messed it up a bit while using the foreground tool. :L

Headshot practise

Hello, School starting again from tomorrow. So, last day with some free time. So thought of practicing  a headshot. Well, I'm still not sure which is the 'correct' technique and I;m still getting used to GIMP. Will take some time till  I'm extremely comfortable with it. So here's the heashot.It's my own doll =P . I kept the hair intact.

Before and After : 

Everyone has a different technique and from the tutorials I looked up I came across 2-3 techniques. I made this one using the gaussian blur technique and a technique I saw on chloe-99's tutorial. But I used blur on it too! I used some dodge on the lips. That's it. 45 mins to complete it.

I kept the hair intact.

Well, its not that great but not bad either. Not bad for a newbie.

I know the shoes aren't complete :P Will do them soon. 

I'll scream if I see one more lasso or blur button! =P
